How Marson Labs collects, uses and protects information. Last updated October 15, 2026.

Who we are

Marson Labs sets up and runs AI intake systems for law firms and other businesses. Contact us at [email protected].

What we collect on this website

  • What you type into our forms, like your name, email, phone, firm name and website.
  • Basic technical data your browser sends, like browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.
  • If we sent you a personal video link, whether you played the video and how much of it you watched, so we know when to follow up.

What we handle for our clients

When a business uses our service, we process calls, messages, recordings and form submissions from its leads and clients on that business's behalf. That business decides how the information is used. We use it only to provide the service.

How we use information

  • To run your speed audit and send you results.
  • To reply to you and provide our service.
  • To keep our systems secure and working.

We don't sell personal information.

Text messages

We never share or sell mobile phone numbers, or text messaging opt-in data and consent, with third parties or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data will never be shared or sold to third parties or lead generators. See our SMS terms.

Recordings and retention

Call recordings are deleted after 90 days. Transcripts and call summaries stay in the firm's lead records, so its team keeps its notes. Ask us any time and we delete them. Form submissions are kept as long as needed to serve you, then deleted.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, phone and texting, voice, email and AI processing. They may handle information only to provide their service to us.

Security

We use access controls, two-step login for admin access, and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we tell affected clients promptly if a breach affects their data.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete information we hold about you, email [email protected]. If we hold your information for a law firm or other business that uses our service, we pass your request to that business, which decides. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

Children

Our website and service are for businesses, not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
